The very first InnerFlow retreat took place at Samadhi, in the Texas Hill Country, where for three days we got to dance in a magical cedar pyramid, walk a labyrinth, stargaze from the rooftop and create unforgettable memories of healing and supporting community.
Retreats in France
Le Magnolia gîte in Verdelot, Île de France, was a perfect and cozy setting for the first two InnerFlow women retreats in France, in September 2023 and October 2024, and that’s where we’ll gather again this year, from Friday, October 30 until Sunday, November 1st, 2026.
Coming up in October 2026!
Our third retreat at Le Magnolia will take place from October 30 to November 1, 2026 (Fri-Sun). As in the first two years, we offer this experience to women of all ages – and their allies! – who wish to spend a weekend fully connecting with their true nature through improvised, authentic, and spontaneous movement (no experience required).
A unique opportunity to celebrate the life within us, to free ourselves from what no longer serves us, and to cultivate authenticity and inner balance. To naturally align our chakras by moving freely and spontaneously to eclectic rhythms from around the world!
We will meditate and do gentle stretching first thing in the morning, followed by one or two dance sessions per day. We will enjoy vegetarian meals lovingly prepared on site, learn about the HOP (Heart Open Power) method shared by Maura Budzynska, and perhaps visit a magical and fantastic garden located nearby (Le Jardin du Point du Jour). We’ll have a lot of free time to meditate and also share our experiences and feelings.
Total cost for workshops, food and lodging (shared rooms) 400 $.
