The very first InnerFlow retreat took place at Samadhi, in the Texas Hill Country, where for three days we got to dance in a magical cedar pyramid, walk a labyrinth, stargaze from the rooftop and create unforgettable memories of healing and supporting community.
Retreats in France
Le Magnolia gîte in Verdelot, Île de France, was a perfect and cozy setting for the first two InnerFlow retreats in France, in September 2023 and October 2024:
This year we started the day with sound healing – Gillian had brought her magical bowls! -, had one or two dance sessions a day, enjoyed delicious meals lovingly prepared on site, and visited a magical and whimsical garden nearby (Le Jardin du Point du Jour). We concluded the weekend with a fascinating intro to the Heart Open Power Method by Maura.
